The template is a Notion page with a database of orders. You fill in the database, and Notion PDF Export prints one delivery note per row as one PDF, each on its own sheet. Duplicating and editing the template is free, and so is the preview of the first five delivery notes. Printing them is part of Pro.

What is in the Notion delivery note template
Everything on one Notion page: your list of orders on top, the delivery note below, written once with blanks such as {Customer} that every row fills in.

Shipped is a text column on purpose: date columns do not print their value yet.

How to print delivery notes from Notion
Duplicate it into your workspace
Open the Notion delivery note template and click Duplicate at the top right, or get it from its listing in the Notion Marketplace. The copy is yours, on any Notion plan.
Make it your delivery note
Replace the sample deliveries with your shipments, the items in the table with your products, and the address at the bottom with yours. Delete the "How to use this template" callout, or it prints on every note.
Another product is a new number or text column, such as Lamps, and a new row in the items table with {Lamps}.
Print every delivery note at once
With the extension installed, click PDF next to Share and choose "Notion document generator". The preview shows the first five notes filled in, states how many the run will print, and names any placeholder that matches no column.
To print only today's shipments, tick their rows in the database before you click PDF.
Click Print and choose "Save as PDF": one PDF with every delivery note on its own sheet. The Notion mail merge guide explains the placeholder rules in detail.

Rename the heading to "Packing slip" and drop the signature line. The database stays the same.

Notion delivery note template: common questions
Is the Notion delivery note template free?
Yes. Duplicating and editing it is free, and so is previewing the first five filled-in delivery notes. Printing the filled-in delivery notes with the extension is part of Pro, at $6.99 a month or $59 a year.
Can a delivery note list a different number of items per order?
No. Each item is a column, so every note lists the same items; where an order does not include one, its quantity prints empty, or type 0.
Can I print it as a packing slip without a signature?
Yes. Rename the heading to Packing slip and delete the Received by line in the page. The database and the placeholders stay as they are.
Can I print only some deliveries?
Yes. Tick their rows in the database, then click PDF. The document generator, part of Pro, prints only the ticked rows. With nothing ticked, every row is printed.
Is my customer data uploaded?
No. The extension reads the page in your open Notion tab and builds the delivery notes in your browser. It never changes your pages.
